Installing CIS

Admin Privileges to install CIS in this way

Go to \\gs1dukfilv01\shared$\CIS_Support\Team_Procedures\CIS Install

open the “Setup.exe”

click “Next”

You may see the following screen if CIS is already installed

If you see the above screen click ‘Remove’ then click then click ‘Remove’ click ‘Yes’ to the pop up and let the process complete to remove CIS. You will need to restart the process after CIS has been removed to install the software

If you don’t see the option to remove Click Next and you will see the following screen

Choose ‘ Install for all users of this machine’ and click Next you will see the following screen

Set The Advanced NFP Webservices URI to https://careng.diabetes.org.uk/CareServices

Click Next you will see the following screen

Click ‘Install’ you will see the following screen

Click ok to the message that pops up

When the process completes click ‘Finish’

Open ‘NG’ Right Click and Pin the program to Taskbar
