- allow technicians to install VPN client (FortiClient) if not already installed (replacement machine)
- guide installation of VPN client on non-DUK windows systems
- full admin rights on target machine

Android/iOS mobile phone number registered and linked to Account by Infrastructure team

- install the application

- Install Microsoft Authenticator from your phone store
- Enter DUK creds into the authenticator
