CCC Guide to Generate Welcome Packs for SMC Memberships
- Instructions for CCC Team on how to generate ANL's and Welcome Packs for SMC Memberships
- This will be for both DD and cash payers
- Use of Trader Applications in CIS.
- Trader Application for DD Memberships = Membership - Direct debits
- Trader Application for CC/CASH Memberships = Membership - Credit card - TNSM
- Use year specific source code, for 2023 - WXUUMXL00
When creating a new membership via a trader app you must ensure you enter the correct source code on the membership entry screen.
You will then be required to enter the payment frequency on the payment plan details screen
The payment plan details will then be displayed for you to check for the correct product
Select Finished and if the member is paying by DD then the DD details screen appears to be filled with their account details
Select Finished and the Transaction Document pop up will appear for you to confirm the paragraphs you want included
Select OK and the contact mailing document will be created.
Important
The mailing document can be seen under the supporter’s mailing history
The Pending flag shows it is ready to be printed.
Please make sure to check the supporters mailings to see if a mailing document is listed as Pending to print.
