Searching for an Organisation record in CIS

This guide is designed to outline the steps required to search for a organisation record in CIS.

Click ‘Find Organisations’ in the Toolbar and the following window will pop up:

You can search for an organisation record in several ways, using:

Organisation number
Organisation name
Email address
Postcode
Phone number

The more information you provide in the search criteria, the more accurate/relevant your results will be.

Wildcards

If you only know partial contact details, you can fill it in with an asterisk (*). For example, if you only have a partial phone number, you could type in 02083435* and it would search for all phone numbers with that beginning. This wildcard feature applies for each field in the search criteria above
