How To Create a New Contact Record in CIS
This guide is designed to outline the steps required to create a new contact record in CIS.
Click File > New > Contact
The following window will pop up
- Fill in all details of the new contact in the pop up box
- Click ‘Find’
The following window will pop up:
- Fill out all the additional information under ‘General’ and ‘Details’ tab
- Click ‘Save’
The following window will pop up:
- Here you can specify the address usages for this contact
- E.g. if this address is the home address for the contact, then Select Home on the drop down menu
- Click ‘Save’ and then ‘Close’
A record has now been created for this contact and will pop up on screen
