Adding an Activity to Contact Record
This guide is designed to outline the steps required to add activities to a contact record in CIS
The contact record looks like this:
To add a new activity to a record, click on ‘Activities’ tab and click ‘New Category’
The following window will pop up:
- Under ‘Category’ you can use the drop down menu and select an activity
- Example: Diabetes Type:
- Once you have selected a category, next select the ‘Value’
- You must input a source code
- Fill out quantity
- Check ‘Valid From’ and ‘Valid To’ dates are correct
- Click ‘Save’ to finish
